Awareness workshop on Biodiversity related Traditional Knowledge for the officers of Kalutara District Secretariat

The Biodiversity Division of the Ministry of Environment organized an awareness workshop on the conservation of traditional knowledge related to biodiversity for Kalutara District government officials and Environmental Pioneers (school children) was held on 2024.12.02 under the patronage of Kalutara District Secretary, Mr. G.M. Janaka K. Gunawardena and Director Biodiversity, Ministry of Environment Ms. Chandani Wilson. Resource contributions for this were provided by the Chairman of the Traditional Knowledge Expert Group, Dr. Danister L. Perera, Committee Members Professor Gamini Senanayake and Dr. Jagath Gunawardena.
