Control of Pesticides Act, No. 33 of 1980

An act to provide for the licensing of pesticides; to regulate the import, packing, labeling, storage, formulation, transport, sale, and use thereof; for the appointment of licensing authority for pesticides; for the establishment of a pesticide formulary committee and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
